Try the following steps:

1. Ensure the wall socket is plugged in.

2. Ensure the lift is on the charging point at the top or bottom of the rail. If the lamp on the charging cable box is orange, the lift is charging. If the lamp is green, the battery is full. Wait for two hours for the battery to charge fully.
